We are passionate about making a difference, and we're looking for talented individuals to join our team and help us in our mission to improve mental well-being globally.Job DescriptionAs a Marketing Intern, you will support the team in building Tongle's brand presence and driving engagement through social media and digital channels. You will assist in content creation, campaign execution, and performance tracking to strengthen our marketing efforts.Responsibilities:Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging content (graphics, captions, short-form videos) for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.Social Media Management: Support in planning, scheduling, and posting content to maintain an active and consistent online presence.Campaign Support: Help execute social media campaigns, including influencer/KOL collaborations, giveaways, and community engagement initiatives.Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyse performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) to measure campaign effectiveness and provide insights.Market Research: Research social media trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform content strategies.Brand Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and interactions to build a strong online community.Administrative Support: Assist in organising marketing files, preparing presentations, and coordinating with external vendors or partners when needed.Ad-hoc Tasks: Take on additional tasks or special projects to support the marketing team’s goals.Qualifications:Immediate start preferred.Able to commit for at least 3 months, longer commitment preferred.Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields.Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook).Creative mindset with strong written and visual communication skills.Motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) or video editing software is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Working arrangement:Office days: 9am to 6pm with an hour lunch breakApplication InstructionsPlease apply for this position by submitting your CV to Su Ting via email.
