- Leading and developing a high-performing renewals sales team while fostering continuous improvement, accountability, and a customer-centric culture
- Owning and managing the Geo renewals forecast, ensuring accurate projections, identifying risks, and driving strategies to meet revenue goals
- Providing expert deal coaching to the sales team, maximizing renewal rates and uncovering upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Engaging with key customers on strategic opportunities, leveraging executive relationships and product knowledge to secure successful outcomes
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address at-risk renewals, improve retention strategies, and enhance the customer experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with 10+ years of sales leadership experience, including managing teams
- Proven success in building and scaling high-performing sales teams while driving renewals, cross-sell, and upsell growth
- Expertise in sales processes, forecasting, and contract negotiations for global, multi-national, and enterprise customers
- Proven experience with SaaS business models, enterprise security, and driving organizational change while scaling processes effectively
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with a track record of attracting and retaining top-performing sales professionals.
