
ATR - Singapore - Contract Management Expert APAC

- Repair and standard exchange contracts management (GMA and SPOT contracts) for a portfolio of premium customers.
- Support the management to put in place training actions to scale up teams skills and technical knowledge about contracts.
- Negotiate commercial disputes and support warranty claim processes.
- Handle customers escalations to top management (related to material and maintenance contracts).
- Maintain a strong relationship with ATR HQ related functions.
- Support the commercial team during sales campaigns.
- Coach the teams and newcomers on matters related to contracts administration and SPA transactions.
- Guarantee delivery and profitability of the contracts in force: closely monitor the NFF, CID, Exclusions and propose action plans to keep it under control.
- Minimum of 15 years relevant work experience in aviation material supply chain and/or aeronautical equipment repair activities.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing customers and supplier relationships, as well as in coordinating internal activities within the team.
- Expérience in Project management.
- Proven deep knowledge of SAP for material & services transactions.
- Strong customer-oriented mindset.
- Capable of working under pressure and available during off-hours as needed.
- Fluent in English and proficient in technical English.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
