What the role is:You will join the Population Health Division (PHD) which is responsible for developing concepts, policies and working models with partners to enable the successful roll-out of Healthier SG. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.What you will be working on:You will: • Guide the formulation and review and implementation of strategies and plans and good governance practices to grow the role of Regional Health Clusters in improving population health outcomes • Organise and focus efforts related to evaluating and improving Healthier SG across a range of partners such as Agency for Integrated Care, Health Promotion Board, clusters and community partners to ensure that the policies and plans meet national objectives • Identify specific priorities and areas to improve population health outcomes and collaborate with partners to implement these effortsWhat we are looking for:
  • Tertiary qualification in any discipline is required • Curious and analytical, with good communication skills • Self-driven and able to build connections and work collaboratively with multiple teams • Prefer those with experience in managing governance processes or in managing a team • Commitment to and persistence in improving the healthcare system to serve Singaporeans better • As part of the shortlisting process for this role, candidates may be required to complete a medical declaration and/or undergo further assessment.
