Zensite is on the lookout for a Senior Business Development Manager with a laser focus on the Singaporean landscape. The ideal candidate will possess a deep passion for technology and digital innovation and exemplary communication abilities. This role requires engaging with executives, team members, and clients across various projects, requiring a candidate who can significantly contribute to achieving stellar business outcomes. The responsibility includes harnessing opportunities to drive growth and meet sales goals in a flexible working environment, potentially involving travel.Key Responsibilities
  • Craft and execute comprehensive sales and business strategies to attract new clients within Singapore.
  • Conduct impactful planning sessions and meetings with potential accounts.
  • Collaborate with leadership to prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and contracts promptly.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports on activities and outcomes to management weekly.
  • Deeply understand the business requirements and motivations of key target accounts.
  • Recommend and implement effective solutions, processes, and techniques for client accounts.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and integrate innovative approaches into client solutions.
  • Successfully pitch and secure agreements with target clients for suitable solutions.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of proven success in enterprise solutions sales or business development, with a strong preference for experience in Technology/Digital services.
  • Demonstrated ability in identifying, negotiating, and closing large-scale deals.
  • Skilled in engaging and presenting to senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to generate high-volume pipelines and forecast sales with accuracy.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
