- Craft and execute comprehensive sales and business strategies to attract new clients within Singapore.
- Conduct impactful planning sessions and meetings with potential accounts.
- Collaborate with leadership to prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and contracts promptly.
- Provide accurate and timely reports on activities and outcomes to management weekly.
- Deeply understand the business requirements and motivations of key target accounts.
- Recommend and implement effective solutions, processes, and techniques for client accounts.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and integrate innovative approaches into client solutions.
- Successfully pitch and secure agreements with target clients for suitable solutions.
- 3-4 years of proven success in enterprise solutions sales or business development, with a strong preference for experience in Technology/Digital services.
- Demonstrated ability in identifying, negotiating, and closing large-scale deals.
- Skilled in engaging and presenting to senior leadership.
- Proven ability to generate high-volume pipelines and forecast sales with accuracy.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
