- Designing and executing comprehensive project workstreams, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives
- Developing engaging communication strategies, including storyboards and stakeholder engagement frameworks
- Leading information gathering sessions and synthesising findings to inform strategic decisions
- Developing and evaluating business cases for transformation initiatives
- Conducting change readiness assessments and impact analyses to support smooth transitions
- Designing and delivering training programmes to facilitate organisational change
- Analysing and recommending improvements to operating models
- Creating and maintaining change management tools and frameworks
- Building change management capabilities across the organisation
- Providing secretariat support for key meetings and initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Finance or related field
- Strategy or management consulting experience is advantageous
- Healthcare sector knowledge and/or start-up experience is beneficial
- Demonstrated structured thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong analytical skills with ability to quickly grasp complex concepts
- Excellence in project management and stakeholder engagement
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with ability to influence at all levels
