• Assist in the ramp-up of a digital product team, contributing to the development, operation, and deployment of solutions to several markets
• Support in defining the team's strategic direction and ensuring alignment with stakeholders
• Manage small independent sub-project responsibilities, demonstrating initiative and leadership potential
• Perform data analysis and prepare PowerPoint presentations for stakeholder management and project updates
• Assist in developing processes and procedures for efficient and effective product development and delivery
• Conduct research and analysis on business processes, identify opportunities for growth and efficiency, and stay updated with industry trends and best practices
• Engage in communications with markets and headquarters, aiding in effective collaboration

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a business, engineering, or related program, with a keen interest in agile methodologies and digital product development as well as the automotive or retail industry
• Previous work experience in digital marketing, business development, information technology, agile product development or related fields would be an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships
• Proactive attitude with ability to handle tasks independently and responsibly while working effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Proficient in PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools
• Outstanding customer orientation and service mentality, a competent problem-solver for customer needs
