Gathering client requirements
Sourcing and screening of candidates; you will gain knowledge about the different methods and platforms to ensure effective searches
Conducting interviews and profiling suitable candidates
Assisting Mentor with proposing potential candidates to prospective companies
Aiding during the offer process and contract signing
Other ad-hoc duties
