It starts with building strong relationships with your clients. You'll take the time to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment horizon. Then, you'll use your knowledge of our products and services to provide personalized solutions that meet their needs. Your goal is to deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with your clients.What you doBuild and maintain positive relationships with mass customers by delivering high-quality customer servicesIdentify customer banking / financial needs and recommend appropriate services and products to assist them achieving their financial goalsMeet business targets by proactively identifying sales opportunities and cross-selling relevant bank services / products, including insurance and investmentEnsure smooth branch operations and adhere to relevant guidelines and proceduresAssist superior to coach and mentor junior staff to better meet branch sales targetsWho you areBachelor’s degree or aboveInsurance licenseSound knowledge of retail banking products including mortgage loan, wealth management products (i.e., Investment & Insurance), credit card, etc.Minimum 1 years of sales experience in the banking servicesExhibit strong interpersonal and communication skillsCreative and possess the initiative, drive, and ability to work independently and in a team; has the drive to succeed and is focused and disciplined to achieve the sales quota and revenueGood command of written and spoken of English and ChineseWho we are
