- Serve as the key liaison between students, academic teams, internal departments, and external agencies.
- Provide course-related advice and support to students.
- Manage course setup and enrolment in Training Management Systems (TMS) and SSG platforms.
- Process billing, verify payments and funding applications for individual and corporate learners
- Maintain accurate student attendance records.
- Coordinate logistics such as venue booking, printing of course materials, and refreshments.
- Assist with grant claims and related documentation.
- Support system enhancements for TMS, including gathering requirements, testing, and implementation.
- Develop effective operational and analytical dashboards for the CET processes
- Analyse business and stakeholders' requirements and priorities, identify and make recommendations to streamline processes using digitalisation or automation tools
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
- Strong attention to detail, organized, and accurate in data entry and documentation.
- Professional communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies.
- Familiarity with CET funding schemes is a plus.
- Must possess systems thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of automation tools such as Uipath and Power Automate preferred
