[What the role is] DEPUTY / ASSISTANT MANAGER, PRODUCTIVITY ENHANCEMENT / SUSTAINABILITY[What you will be working on]We are seeking passionate individual to be part of our productivity enhancement team that plays a key role in shaping the future of road, bus and commuter infrastructure construction, through process re-engineering and technology by working with our project teams and partners while also improving construction safety and adopting sustainable practices.Your responsibilities include:
  • Formulate frameworks and oversee the implantation and tracking of initiatives with implementation of emerging technologies and automation solutions in the following fields:
  • Improve construction productivity, including but not limited to advanced construction technologies, robots, artificial intelligence and, etc
  • safety related solutions at our construction sites to improve or enhance safety during construction works
  • Environmental & Sustainable Practices such as through construction equipment, machinery and materials
  • Examine current design, construction processes and methods to establish areas for enhancements
  • Scan for suitable initiatives with implementation of emerging technologies and automation solutions in the following fields:
  • Improve construction productivity, including but not limited to advanced construction technologies, robots, artificial intelligence and, etc
  • safety related solutions at our construction sites to improve or enhance safety during construction works
  • Environmental & Sustainable Practices such as through construction equipment, machinery and materials
  • Examine current design, construction processes and methods to establish areas for enhancements
  • Communicate and engage project teams, partners and stakeholders to ignite interest and garner buy-in for adoption of proposed solutions through close collaborative efforts
  • Conduct regular review and improvement to our Contract Specifications in areas of Construction Tech, Innovation, Productivity and Sustainability (CTIPS) requirements
[What we are looking for]
  • At least 3 years of experience working on construction projects, preferably in capacity of a developer (including public agencies), design consultant or main contractor
  • Experience/Familiarity in Project Management, Business Development or other built environment related disciplines including in automation and productivity solutions in the built environment sector will be an advantage
  • Pro-active with strong analytical, writing and communication skills
  • Resourceful, able to work well independently and in a team; and have a positive mindset
