Location: Ubi, SingaporeRESPONSIBILITIES:Assist in conducting cash flow analysis to support the optimization of the company's liquidity.Support in liaising with banks, financial institutions, investors, legal counsel, and other stakeholders.Assist the Group CFO in monitoring and evaluating the group's portfolio of subsidiaries.Analyze capital budgeting proposals and participate in preliminary investment discussions.Support the evaluation of M&A and fundraising opportunities, and assist in due diligence processes.Assist in the implementation of internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures for activities such as budget administration, cash, and credit management.Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes impacting the corporate finance landscape.Work on special ad-hoc projects and analyses as directed by the Group CFO.REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in corporate finance, FP&A, financial audit, investment banking, or a related field.CFA, ACCA, or CPA certification is a plus.Strong understanding of financial statements, corporate finance principles, and investment analysis.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw actionable insights.Experience in negotiating financing agreements and managing relationships with financial institutions.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial concepts to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, financial modeling software).Joined 5 years agoHR ConsultingRM18,000 / mo.
