- Mail billing is centralised and billed by head office for all stations. Ensure mail billing are performed in a timely manner.
- Ensure mail revenue are properly accounted for in a timely manner in our books.
- Ensure that mail billing rates are updated in iCargo system and timely follow up with stations for expired rates.
- Ensure that disputes from Postal Authorities for mail billing are genuine, and follow-ups are done for short payments.
- Ensure that the Outsourced Vendor maintains a high level of professional competency in the area of Mail Processing.
- Ensure monitoring and timely clearance of suspense accounts.
- Possess a diploma.
- Preferably with 1 to 2 years of accounting experience.
- Fresh diploma holders with no experience are welcome as well.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Good communication skills.
