
Account Manager, Large Customer Sales (Urdu, English)

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in sales and business development, product marketing, digital media, technology sales, or with agencies/publishers.
- Ability to communicate in English and Urdu fluently to communicate with and serve English and Urdu speaking customers in the region.
- Experience with emerging markets.
- Experience in digital advertising and performance marketing, and in-depth knowledge of the digital media and advertising ecosystem.
- Ability to build and develop relationships with stakeholders of all levels, including customer and agency levels.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment, navigate through ambiguity, and work with minimal guidance.
- Ability to identify solutions and insights from data and take an entrepreneurial approach.
- Excellent project management, organization, and analytical skills.

- Manage day-to-day account management, and grow a book of business comprised of leading Gaming and Apps companies in Pakistan.
- Contribute quarterly and annually to account and business planning across the team.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Identify and propose product launches and advertising opportunities to customers.
- Drive campaign performance optimization, provide performance updates, and ensure that return on investment meets the expectations of customers.
- Manage ongoing customer training and up-skilling across all Google advertising solutions.
