To be responsible for All deliverables required in the Agreement with Client & Ensure all contract obligation compliance.
Assistant site manager oversees the Admin works inclusive of HR & Support team.
To be the leader for all the Site Audit conducted by client or ISS internal and ensure all compliance.
Ensure able to meet or exceed the Forecasted and Budgeted Contract Base Claim contribution & Above-Base (AB) monthly across each month.
Meet Fault Response time & KPI on the monthly basis (Response time, Interim Fix & Permanent Fix) stated in the FM contract.
To plan and monitor execution of all fix-it and Programmed Maintenance (PM) works within the framework of the allocated resources. Ensure No Delay completion of all PM works and carried out PM according to prescribed checklist and schedule.
Constantly engaging with the client and end users to seek feedback, gaps and improvement opportunities through survey and dialogue.
To organize the team to align with the overall client's expectations and contractual requirements and support the operations of the hospital, especially in the front and engineering and customer supports.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree/ Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel and Power Point is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
