- Gather market trend, competitors information and issues of the customers.
- Develop action plan with strategy based on the information gathered.
- Propose company's products and solutions effectively to solve anticipated issues of customers based on the information gathered.
- Take counter measures if there are any gaps between sales progress and the budget.
- Make sales forecast and capture sales progress on a timely basis.
- Ensure prompt payment collections.
- Place orders of items to suppliers based on monthly inventory control.
- Degree/Diploma in food science.
- At least 3 years of related working experiences
- Experience in Business to Business sales of food ingredients and/or at least 3 years of experiences in R&D of food ingredients or process food
- Possess high motivation and strong initiatives to achieve assigned tasks and company objectives.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented
