We're hoping to scale this to festivals and corporate mixers and need your help to make this happen!If you’re excited to help turn swipes into real conversations, we'd love to hear from you!You can find out more about us atJob DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesLead Sourcing & Qualification: Build segmented prospect lists (eg. event organisers, festivals, youth orgs, accelerators, corporates) and enrich them with relevant info.Outreach & Relationship Building: Qualify new opportunities and follow up with discovery calls.Strategic Research: Conduct competitor tear-downs, surface growth experiment ideas, and map grant/funding opportunities.Pilot & Event Support: Help configure pre-event signup flows, support on-site booth operations, and capture post-event feedback & metrics.Requirements & QualificationsProven ability to manage projects autonomously (eg. side hustle, club leadership, or freelance client work), especially in a fast-paced environment.Strong written communication; capable of drafting outreach people actually answer.Comfortable networking on calls and in person (extroversion helps, but empathy matters more).Organised and numerate.
