If you're someone who thrives in a supportive, team-oriented environment and genuinely cares about making a positive impact on students’ lives, we’d love to have you on board.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Teaching & Content DeliveryTeach JC Chemistry lessons clearly and confidently using Achievers Dream’s teaching systemConduct engaging lessons and explain concepts in ways that students can understand and applyUse a mix of written practice, discussions, and real-life examples to reinforce key conceptsPractical Lessons & Lab GuidanceGuide students during practical lab sessions in our NEA-approved Chemistry LabEnsure safety, understanding, and hands-on experience during experimentsHelp students prepare for school practical exams with confidenceStudent Progress & SupportTrack student progress and provide feedback to help them improveAnswer student questions and guide them through exam-style questions and weak topicsOffer additional support when needed (e.g. consults, feedback to parents)Mark student scripts and worksheets with accuracy and fairnessEvent & Exam SupportAssist with centre events such as mock practicalsHelp invigilate mock exams or practical assessmentsProvide backup support for logistics and classroom transitionsTeam CollaborationWork closely with other teachers to plan lessons, share insights, and maintain consistencyCommunicate with the admin team on scheduling and class updatesParticipate in training and internal discussions to continually improve teaching qualityCurriculum DevelopmentDevelop and create teaching materials and lesson plans tailored to students’ needs.Continuously update and revise teaching materials to ensure relevance and alignment with current standards.Provide feedback on the effectiveness of the curriculum and suggest improvements based on classroom experience.Who We’re Looking ForStrong foundation in Chemistry (A-level H2 or higher)Teaching or tutoring experience preferred — training will be providedAble to explain concepts clearly, with patience and confidenceDetail-oriented in marking and student feedbackTeam player who is dependable and willing to help when neededAble to work weekends and travel across centres if requiredConfident in teaching JC Chemistry SyllabusWork Schedule & LocationOutlets: Bukit Timah, Lorong Chuan, KembanganOption 1: 4 weekdays (1:00pm–9:00pm) + 1 weekend (8:30am–6:30pm)Option 2: 3 weekdays (1:00pm–9:00pm) + 2 weekends (8:30am–6:30pm)Join Us: If you enjoy teaching, care about helping students grow, and want to be part of a team that supports each other, we’d love to hear from you.
