You will provide administrative support to the department, which includes managing departmental databases and systems, collaborating with key stakeholders to streamline operational workflows and ensuring seamless process integration. You will handle and maintain confidential documentation, along with financial processes which includes procurement and billing operations. You will coordinate meetings and departmental events, as well as provide essential administrative support throughout their planning and execution.Requirements:
Minimum GCE 'O' Level with at least 2 years' relevant experience
Good team player with strong organizational and communication skills
Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
