Air Liquide Singapore Private Limited (ALSg), the largest and leading industrial gas company in South-east Asia, employs 800 people recognized for their high level of expertise to provide gases, equipment, services and packaged solutions to support the requirements of the Singapore manufacturing industry.We are looking for a committed candidate to join the Corporate Quality team.How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?Ensuring adherence to external standards (including ISO, Food Safety, and Halal certifications), customer requirements, and all legal and regulatory guidelines.Provide Quality support by coordinating and facilitating customer audits, completing audit checklists, and leading cross-functional teams to resolve audit findings and implement corrective actions.Review & accept of customer quality agreements.Led bulk gas quality initiatives, which included qualifying new liquid sources and implementing quality controls to ensure products consistently met both internal and customer specifications.Acted as the key liaison between validation and commercial teams to validate product specifications for bulk gases and liquids before customer commitment.Functioned as the system owner for automated QMS platforms, ensuring effective documentation, control, and updating of all quality-related procedures, work instructions, and records.Developed and implemented quality control processes, inspection methods, and testing strategies throughout the production and service delivery lifecycle.Managed non-conformances by identifying issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing comprehensive corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).Prepared and presented detailed reports on quality performance, audit findings, and improvement initiatives to senior management and key stakeholders.Are you a MATCH?Degree in Chemical / Electronics / Quality Management or equivalentWell versed with other management systems will be an advantage.Experience with internal audit (such as ISO9001:2015, FSSV22000 and ISO 13845) experience preferablyGood communication and interpersonal skillsAble to manage and influence the personnel from other departments.Good problem solving skillsResponsive and service oriented mindsetStrong analysis, planning and implementation skills**We thank you for your interest in Air Liquide.
