Job Category: Product ManagementJob Description:As a Treasury Services Product Manager Analyst within the ASEAN Payments franchise, your primary role is supporting the development and management of cash management products for Payments Singapore. You will closely partner with Sales, Service, Operations and Technology to support the lifecycle of these products including system stability and compliance to internal policies, industry upgrades and regulations. The product coverage includes payments, receivables, liquidity solutions and digital platforms. You will be required to support key stakeholders on the wider ASEAN agenda in terms of strategic initiatives and product readiness. In this role, you will report to the ASEAN Treasury Services Product Head who is based in Singapore.As a leader across the payments ecosystem, we combine global scale with nearly 150 years of in-region expertise to help clients access new markets and connect to their customers, suppliers and partners.   • Support the Payments Heads in analyzing market and competitor trends to identify wallet share and product positioning opportunities.
  • Support the team in managing the life-cycle of Treasury Products with focus on payments, receivables and liquidity optimization solutions.
  • Assist the team in the development of new products, risk assessment and client solutioning along with regional Product teams and partners from Sales, Technology, Operations, Service, Implementation, Controls, Legal and Compliance. The development would include business requirement assessment, prioritizing investment asks, and also include end-to-end responsibility of ready to launch activities such as client communication, marketing materials, operational readiness, service model and internal training.
  • Coordinate with subject matter expertise to resolve client and operational issues
  • Support to ensure compliance with external regulations, internal policies and frameworks, and industry changes.
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Banking, Finance or a related discipline.
  • 2 to 3 years of banking experience in Cash Management Product.
  • Good understanding of cash management trends, technology evolvement and industry changes.
  • Demonstrated independence and self-starter qualities with a client-first mindset.
  • Demonstrated project management experience with multiple cross-functional teams including Product, Sales Operations and Technology.
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; proficiency or familiarity in RPA, Agile project and Data Visualization tools would be an added bonus.
