We aim to deliver the best experience for all interns, to create exponential growth and paving your future in the tech industry.This internship touches on various digitalisation initiatives for National Healthcare Group (NHG) cluster of Public Healthcare Institutions (PHIs). Our CIO Office need help from interns who want to make a difference in the healthcare space to rollout programmes to help us maximise the use of these technologies. Great for those who want a little bit of experience on different things to find out what they will like. There's a bit of coding, business analysis, analytics, design, project & program management, research, etc! This is a great opportunity to learn various real world digitalisation tech, soft skills and competencies while contributing directly in NHG healthcare system. Suitable for people who like to explore, self learn, have fun!The selected interns will participate but not limited to the following:Work scope #1: Digitalisation via Power Platform, Robotic Process Automation, AI & OGP Stack
(Prototyping, Coding, Testing, Project Management, Business Analysis) * Solve operational challenges through technology, automation, process optimisation
  • Work with user to understand pain points, understand business process
  • Test drive and prototype new technology (Depending on tool, some coding may be involved)
  • Design, build, test solutions using Microsoft/Power platform, UiPath, Excel macros, Approved AI tooling & OGP Tech stack (mostly low code)
  • Co-develop/guide, end-user on development and maintenance of the RPA built
  • Review the RPA process compliance, solution compliance to security policies
Work scope #2: Business Analysis & Project Delivery * Be involved in NHG's Top projects, the cluster or even nation wide project rollouts
  • Analyze trends and patterns in usage data collected by M365 analytics platform. Manage the analytics platform. Collect and analyze user feedback, pain points using modern data collection strategies. Develop concrete action plans to improve user adoption
  • Develop business case and work with project team to refine solution
  • Plan and execute programmes to upskill users and bridge technology/knowledge gaps and blockers to tools usage (training, roadshows, clinics)
  • Actively support project phases & support including execution of tasks related to project delivery
Work scope #3 (optional): Leadership * Coach and mentor junior interns within the team
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills and how to influence
About you:
  • Be pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Information Systems or related field
  • Graduating in May/Dec 2026 or May 2027
  • Proactive, results oriented, willing to experiment and learn technologies used in healthcare domain in order to deliver real tangible outcomes
  • Able to understand and work with data. Able to pick up what data represent in real life and how to work with tools to extract insights from data
  • Experience in coding/scripting/using tools to achieve an outcome is a plus
  • Positive attitude
  • Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
