- To gain exposure about the sustainability agenda and its impact to the real economy
- To gain exposure and hands-on experience in creating culture change and transformation within an organisation.
- To support the evaluation and/or execution of sustainability-related initiatives in the bank, which may involve but not limited to: researching decarbonisation pathways and transition viabilities for certain industry sectors and the associated technologies.
- To support community-building and culture transformation activities.
- Experience in any of the OCBC Net Zero sectors (Power, Oil & Gas, Real Estate, Steel, Aviation, Shipping). Refer
