- Prepare, update and own the Key Account Strategy
- Own the end to end sales process from customer engagement, understating the customer needs, customer buying process to owning the RFI/RFP process
- Overall responsibility for customer satisfaction across IFS service delivery
- Coordinate with Global Aerospace & Defence Team to build a strong internal collaboration network and secure appropriate support into region.
- Extensive experience selling complex business software
- Proven track record in complex sales at C-level with clients
- Sales experience in defence or government sector
- Strong knowledge of Aerospace & Defense Industry
- Strong oral and written business presentation skills
- Fluent English
- 5+ years Enterprise software sales experience preferably in a related industry
- Engineering Degree and or Aircraft Maintenance Engineering experience
