
Frontend Engineering Manager - Global E-Commerce (Governance Service)

- Responsible for development and management of the frontend team for Global E-Commerce Governance Service in the Singapore office.
- Lead and optimize the construction of regional Global E-Commerce governance operations.
- Proactively drive product improvements across various dimensions including technology, user experience, and product functionality.
- Develop the team's technical roadmap, maintain cutting-edge frontend technologies, and provide technical guidance.
- Manage daily team operations, ensure smooth project progress, and support talent development.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming & System Analysis, Science (Computer Studies) or related discipline.
- At least 2+ years of experience managing or tech-leading a software engineering team.
- Candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in web frontend development.
- Solid understanding of mainstream frontend frameworks (such as React or Vue), with in-depth experience in at least one of them.
- Hands-on experience in developing high-performance, highly available, and user-friendly web applications.
- Strong capabilities in system design, engineering practices, and technical planning.Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with at least one backend language (Node.js, Python, Java, Golang, or PHP), with experience in backend development.
- Pursues excellence and perfection, with a strong ability to analyze and extract the essence of problems.
- Passionate about web development and new technologies, with a track record or ambition to build outstanding products.
- Strong team spirit, optimistic and cheerful personality, highly adaptable, able to work under pressure, with excellent service mindset and cross-team communication and collaboration skills.
