- Ensure clinics operational readiness.
- Register patients and schedule appointments accordingly.
- Perform billing function, attend to and manage patients enquiries.
- Contacting and ensuring patients are prepared for appointments.
- Assist clinic service manager in administrative duties.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
- Candidate must possess at least O Levels or Diploma.
- Proficient in computer skills.
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates should be comfortable/flexible with working in a hospital setting and in different clinics when needed.
