
Administrative Assistant (Admiralty)

- Photocopy documents such as class list, attendance registers and other records for staff use
- Assist staff in the preparation of stores and stationery for classroom use
- Attend to walk-in customers, attend to pupils and their needs
- Filing and handling calls & enquiries
- Assist in ad hoc duties based on the Admin Department's needs
- GCE 'O' level qualifications or its equivalent
- Prior experiences in admin duties and reception duties, in the school environment
- Good communication, written and interpersonal skills
- Displays a pleasant personality and willingness to learn
- Work Area: Admiralty
- Working Schedule:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Rest Days: Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
- Contract Period: 2 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026 (1 Year), with an option to extend for another year, subject to the school's approval
