[What the role is] This role sits within our Enterprise Platforms Division.[What you will be working on]Lead the development and implementation of finance systems, including SAP, Workday, and bespoke software solutionOversee the maintenance, upgrade, and integration of finance-related software applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experienceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and drive continuous improvements in financial processesManage finance system projects, including budget allocation, resource planning, and timeline adherenceEnsure compliance with IM8 regulations and internal policies in all system-related activitiesProvide leadership to the finance systems team, fostering innovation and professional development[What we are looking for]Proven experience in finance systems management, with expertise in SAP, Workday, ERP systems and bespoke software developmentExcellent project management skills with a track record of successful system implementationsStrong operations, application maintenance and user support skills and experienceExperience in custom software development for financial applicationsStrong knowledge of financial processes (Accounts Receivables (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)), Financial Planning and Control, Financial Reporting, accounting principles, and regulatory requirementsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across the organisationDemonstrated leadership experience and ability to manage and develop team membersAdaptability and willingness to stay current with emerging finance technologies and industry trendsExperience in Corporate systems such as HR and Procurement systems is a plus, but not mandatoryAs part of the shortlisting process for this role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and/or undergo further assessment.All applicants will be notified on whether they are shortlisted or not within 4 weeks of the closing date of this job posting.
