- Design and deliver engaging curriculum and e-learning content for both full-time students and adult learners, ensuring alignment with industry standards and learner needs.
- Lead and supervise student projects and internships, guiding work-based learning experiences in collaboration with industry partners.
- Mentor and coach students in academic progress, competition preparation, career planning, and personal development, fostering holistic growth.
- Support academic operations by participating in administrative duties, serving on committees, and contributing to outreach programmes and study trips.
- Strengthening industry collaboration by co-developing experiential learning opportunities, including local and overseas study trips and alumni engagement initiatives.
- Qualifications in Architecture, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Science, or other related Built Environment disciplines. A postgraduate degree is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years in a consultancy role within Architecture, Mechanical, or Electrical firms.
- At least 2 years of hands-on involvement in green or sustainable projects within the Built Environment sector.
- Proficient in building performance simulations focused on environmental impact, energy efficiency, and occupant well-being.
- Possession of professional certifications such as GMAP, LEED AP, WELL AP, EDGE Expert, or GRI Certified Sustainability Professional is highly desirable.
- Skilled in Building Information Modelling (BIM) for integrated project delivery, coordination, and data-driven decision-making.
- Certifications or demonstrated expertise in platforms like Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Cloud Collaboration, or other recognised BIM environments are highly valued.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Adaptable and responsive to evolving priorities and project needs.
- Passionate about knowledge-sharing, mentoring, and engaging meaningfully with young learners.
