Job Description:Responsibilities:· Lead, mentor, and oversee the work of assigned Crewing Superintendents and Operators to ensure operational excellence.· Monitor vessel manning levels, ensuring compliance with minimum safe manning, budgetary guidelines, and specific vessel requirements.· Ensure that all seafarers hold valid certifications, training, and medical clearances in line with STCW, Flag State, and company standards.· Manage and coordinate crew changes, including agreements, travel arrangements, visas, and timely handovers.· Oversee crew performance, support cadet development, and plan officer and rating rotations to meet operational needs.· Drive recruitment efforts for open positions while promoting seafarer career development and progression.· Implement and maintain the company’s Management System, contributing to updates, improvements, and compliance initiatives.· Handle seafarer records, review vessel-related accounts, and liaise with relevant stakeholders on issues such as accidents, sickness, or non-conformities.RequirementsRequirements:· Seagoing experience as an officer, or a university degree with at least 3 years’ experience as a Crewing Superintendent.· Strong leadership, supervisory, and communication skills.· Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.· In-depth knowledge of international and national maritime regulations, including MLC and Flag State requirements.· Ability to manage multiple priorities, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and timely crew operations.Clarence KhohR1552376
