- Design and drive operational activities to improve the overall user location data accuracy and leverage on location data to improve user's in-app experience.
- Lead end-to-end strategy to increase user opt-ins for location permissions across iOS and Android platforms.
- Analyze user flows, drop-off points, and behavioral patterns to inform data-driven improvements to permission prompts and timing.
- Collaborate closely with product, UX, engineering, legal, and privacy teams to design and test messaging, UI patterns, and in-app flows in order to improve the location consent experience and transparency.
- Stay updated on platform-level policies (e.g., Apple, Google) and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, PDPA) to ensure compliance and best practices in permission requests.
- Define and manage KPI dashboards, summarize findings, and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in product operations, growth, mobile analytics, or behavioral optimization roles.
- Demonstrated experience designing and running funnel optimization, conversion rate optimization (CRO), or A/B testing initiatives in mobile environments.
- Strong skills in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Excel, BI dashboards) and a keen ability to translate data into strategy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities, with experience working across multidisciplinary teams.
- Solid understanding of privacy regulations related to location data and user consent in major markets.Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within tech companies or platforms that require user consent and permissions (especially in consumer apps or advertising contexts).
- Experience collaborating with legal and privacy teams to align product interventions with evolving compliance landscapes.
- Experience visualizing data and storytelling through dashboards and reports tailored to both technical and business audiences.
