- Conduct technology scans and develop use cases to enhance the building system and operations through smart and sustainable solutions. • Perform stakeholder analysis, develop pilot and phased implementation plans, and manage risks related to technological obsolescence. • Operationalise and implement guidelines and processes to maintain a hygienic, safe and conducive working environment. • Research, propose and execute innovation and green initiatives that improves building efficiency and environmental performance. • Establish and manage contracts for the maintenance and management of DSTA premises. • Plan and manage the annual facilities maintenance budget, identifying opportunities for strategic savings and optimisation. • Develop and report on facility management strategies, including infrastructure enhancements and sustainability efforts. • Stay current with relevant policies and governance frameworks and Singapore Standards/Code of Practice related to estate, facilities, space and workplace safety management.
- Degree in an Engineering discipline. • At least 3 years of managerial experience in driving digitalisation, operations management, environmental sustainability or facilities management. • Strong knowledge of facilities or engineering maintenance practices. • Familiarity with regulatory requirements, industry benchmarks, and Singapore Standards/Code of Practice related to building systems. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. • Independent, meticulous and a strong team player. • Certification in fire safety and/or workplace safety and health is an advantage.
