
Facilities Development Director

- Lead and oversee the strategic planning, budgeting, and execution of all centre development, renovation, and expansion projects.
- Plan and manage the full project lifecycle, from concept design to completion, including approvals, procurement, scheduling, and quality assurance.
- Be responsible for the preventive maintenance and operational readiness of the centre.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Drive innovation in energy efficiency, smart building systems, sustainability and long-term asset management.
- Prepare reports and present progress updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Build strong working relationships with internal departments (engineering, housekeeping, F&B, operations) to support ongoing maintenance and facility improvement initiatives.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in facilities development and management, preferably in the hospitality sector.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Related fields
- Green Mark, Fire Safety and Sustainability-related certifications are advantageous
- Proven track record in leading teams and managing multiple project stakeholders
- Experience in leading facilities management teams and suppliers
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel
- Fluent in English
- Ready to work flexible hours including weekends, based on the demand of the business
- Be physically fit to climb up ladders for inspections of assorted infrastructure and building systems at heights
- Strong knowledge of building systems, sustainability practices, and project management tools.
- Excellent leadership and verbal & written communication skills
