Our client is a 5G networking startup focused on delivering innovative private network solutions for industries like telecommunications, smart manufacturing, and industrial automation.About the RoleWe are looking for a seasoned and dynamic hunter sales professional to lead our global business expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in B2B technology or telecommunications sales, with a deep understanding of international markets.Key ResponsibilitiesSpearhead new business acquisition and drive revenue growth in designated regions, leveraging expertise in B2B international sales within telecommunications, terminal products, industrial automation, smart manufacturing, or industrial robotics.Maintain and expand a strong network of industry clients, utilizing in-depth knowledge of effective sales strategies and techniques.Knowledge of LTE 4G, 5G, or WIFI private network solutions is advantageous.Partner with product and pre-sales teams to develop tailored solutions, lead solution-based selling, and manage proposals and negotiations.Deliver strategic insights into regional market dynamics and competitive landscapes.Requirements5–10 years of experience in international B2B solution sales, ideally with leading telecom/ICT companiesDemonstrated success in managing high-value accounts and consistently surpassing revenue goals.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a bonus).Proven ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and time zones.Proactive, high-integrity individual with a strong focus on execution.Willingness to travel internationally as needed
