
Aftersales Support Executive (Automotive)

- Collaborate closely with principals and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors.
- Analyze customer data to identify upselling opportunities and support strategic initiatives that drive retention, throughput, and revenue.
- Champion digital solutions to enhance customer experience and expand market reach.
- Maintain effective relationships with suppliers and contractors, ensuring compliance and performance against contractual obligations.
- Manage feedback channels (Voice-of-Customer surveys, call centre, email) to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Assist in aftersales procurement projects, ensuring cost-efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Develop and monitor initiatives and strategies to achieve business objectives and KPIs such as parts purchase targets, Group financial targets, customer retention etc.
- A degree in Engineering, Business Management, or Marketing equivalent
- 2 years of relevant experience (automotive or aftersales preferred) No experience with data analytics background will be considered
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- An analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
