We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Solution Architect to play a pivotal role in defining and delivering a state-of-the-art Air Traffic Solution. As a key member of our clients team, you'll be responsible for crafting innovative technical solutions that meet customer requirements and align with our business strategy.Key Skills:

Technical Expertise: Strong background in engineering, IT, or a related discipline with 5+ years of experience in designing complex software-centric real-time systems.
ATM Domain Knowledge: Proven experience in Air Traffic Management standards (ICAO, Eurocontrol) and infrastructure/network architecture design.
Security Focus: Expertise in designing secure solution architectures that meet security standards and policies.
Collaboration & Leadership: Ability to manage stakeholders, work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams, and mentor personnel involved in architecture activities.
Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.

Responsibilities:

Define and propose innovative technical solutions that meet customer requirements and align with business strategy.
Analyze architectural and technical choices to ensure the best trade-off between customer requirements, technical solutions, cost, and risk.
Develop and maintain solution architecture throughout its lifecycle, ensuring compliance with product requirements and industry standards.
Lead interface definition, arbitrate technically between contributors, and specify Technical Performance Measurements (TPMs).
Contribute to the development of Architecture Policies, Processes, and Procedures to ensure best practices.
