The individual is also required to conduct training for new employees and lead a small team to meet production target at a specific area.Position Responsibilities:Complete required training (e.g. cGMP, safety and work instructions, Autonomous and/or Operational Maintenance (AM/OM), etc.) within a stipulated time frameExecute tasks strictly following cGMP, Quality, Safety and Work instruction requirements.Ensure employees follow safety, quality requirement, and all applicable company policies at all times.Undertake safe and correct handling of tools in accordance to their intended use and operating procedures to complete planned schedule for Equipment Maintenance.Interpret engineering safety and safeguarding practices.Able to read and interpret a Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) with guidance.Identify types of hazards at workplace.Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain cleanliness (6S) of the working area.Able to use problem identification techniques to recognize issues within work area and escalate any concernsMeet daily production schedule, performance expectation and equipment efficiency, factoring in equipment availabilityAble to take on additional tasks or responsibilities when required.Competent to complete routine tasks in assigned group, including all relevant autonomous management activities, with some supervision.Able to support troubleshooting on common issues associated to product, process and equipment.Improvement work:Participate in process improvement team within the same shift.Apply continuous process improvement to workplace activities as well as follow-through the improvement activities.Incident investigation and reporting:Assist in incident investigation.Able to provide a general written account on the overview of the incident with broad supervision.Work in a team to meet daily production target under some supervision.Apply workplace learning techniques to enhance employees' development with some guidance.Be a role model for junior members.Listed responsibilities are an essential, but not exhaustive list, of the usual duties associated with the position. Changes to individual responsibilities may occur due to business needs.Position Requirements:Have a good understanding of Manufacturing/ Enterprise systems/ Manufacturing IOT and automations.Ensure compliance with cGMP, Quality, work safety instructions & practices at all times.Complete tasks in a safe and efficient manner.High level of discipline and integrity.Able to undertake multiple tasks.Able to undergo job rotation/cross training.Able to work in a manufacturing production environment, including cleanroom, with possible exposure to chemical, cold room, loud noise, etc.Able to wear appropriate Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) as required.Able to operate equipment and machinery such as forklift, scanner, power tools, etc.Must be able to identify different colors for work purposes.
