job detailsAbout the job-Work with Regional Chief Information Security Officer to drive and deliver the Bank's security transformation agenda including implementation of security strategy, technologies and building up operations for the region-Manage projects within regional transformation program-Maintain all relevant technical documentation, processes, procedures and reportable metrics-Select technologies implementing bank's cyber security program and control objectives.- Build and operate technologies which necessary to maintain bank's cyber security program-Work with third party vendors to design, deploy, maintain and operate Bank's security solutions.-Build cybersecurity engineering, maintenance and operational teams.-Configure and Troubleshoot bank's security systemsskills and experience required-Minimum 15 years of experience in hands on cybersecurity and project management roles-Strong understanding of various cyber security technologies addressing the protection of identities, data, applications,endpoints and infrastructure.-Demonstrated experience in applying security and risk frameworks such as: NIST, Mitre ATT&CK, Mitre DEFEND, ISO27K-Demonstrated experience in applying technical solutions to meet regulatory requirements stipulated by regional authorities (examples: MAS, HKMA, BOJ, RBI, BNM, CFR-RBA, CBIRC, etc)- Demonstrated experience is building the cyber security teams in the areas of engineering and/or operations. Program and project management skills-Broad knowledge across all facets of modern cybersecurity program, including strong understanding of current and emerging trends and threats.
