- Welcome customers to the shop.
- Monitor customer activities to prevent incidents of shoplifting.
- Arrange display chiller and shelves.
- Identify customers’ needs and recommend suitable shop items that best satisfy their needs.
- Assist customers in locating desired shop items.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of store items to provide advice and recommendations as needed.
- Inform customers of shop promotions.
- Receive, process, and organize delivery parcels accordingly.
- Restock items and ensure that the sales floor is organized according to established guidelines.
- Perform regular price audits to identify and correct price discrepancies.
- Address and resolve customer's complaints professionally.
- Process customer payments using the shop’s Point of Sale (POS) system and handle cash.
- Unpack and label incoming stocks and Manage inventory.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Use labeling and pricing equipment as well as Point of Sale (POS) software.
- String organizational skills.
