Executive / Snr Executive, HRBP Rail

• Transaction Processing: You will be involved in handling routine HR transactions and tasks such as addressing benefits administration, and employee data management. You will ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Employee Queries and Support: Responding to employee inquiries and providing support on HR-related matters is a significant part of the role. This includes addressing queries related to benefits, policies, procedures, and other HR services.
• Data Management: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and information. This involves handling data entry, updates, and ensuring the confidentiality and security of HR data.
• Process Improvement: Continuously seeking ways to streamline HR processes and enhance service delivery is another aspect of the job. You may be involved in identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to increase efficiency.
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with Employment Act, company policies, and other regulatory requirements is a critical responsibility. You will need to stay informed about changes in regulations and make sure HR processes align with legal standards.
• Reporting and Analytics: Generating reports and analytics related to HR metrics is crucial for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing insights to inform decision-making within the organization.

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with 2 years of experience
• Prior experience in HR roles, especially in HR Shared Services or similar environments, is beneficial. This could include experience in HR administration, data management, payroll, or other HR-related functions.

• Ability to work collaboratively with other members of the HR team and cross-functional teams is important.
• Proactive in identifying areas for improvement, adapting to changes, and implementing best practices is advantageous. HR Shared Services teams may undergo process improvements and technology implementations.
