We took a simple product that’s usually in the background, a product that nobody really understands or care much about – and brought it into the spotlight,”- Founder, You Tiao ManJob DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Filming· Assist in planning and filming content for TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.· Work with team to storyboard and shoot engaging product videos and behind-the-scenes stories· Coordinate with influencers and manage user-generated content when neededCopywriting & Social Media Management· Draft social media captions, product descriptions, emails, and campaign headlines· Schedule and post across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, EDM)· Monitor engagement and trends to optimize contentMarketing Calendar Planning· Help build and maintain a monthly content calendar· Align campaigns with key festive events, product launches, and sales initiatives· Collaborate with internal departments for promo planningDesign & Editing· Assist in editing videos and designing simple visuals using Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools· Maintain branding consistency across all platforms· Resize and adapt creatives for different channels (IG Story vs. FB Ad etc.)E-Commerce Management & Sales Optimization· Upload and maintain listings on platforms like Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, etc.· Track campaign performance, product views, and conversion rates· Suggest ways to optimize listings and improve customer experienceApplication InstructionsPlease apply for this position by submitting your text CV using InternSG.
