- Observe and evaluate logistics processes to identify operational pain points
- Translate observations into actionable problem statements and project scopes
- Conduct data analysis to uncover root causes, measure impacts, and support decisions with clear, data-backed recommendations
- Research and evaluate innovative technologies such as automation, predictive analytics, and IoT
- Propose and support the implementation of suitable digital solutions
- Assess and monitor the effectiveness of implemented technologies
- Manage logistics and digital transformation (DX) projects from planning to execution
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure successful and timely project delivery
- Understand system data flows and identify opportunities to improve logistics platforms
- Collaborate with IT and vendors to enhance system functionality and ensure data integrity
- Act as a liaison between operations and technical teams for DX initiatives
- Share insights and project outcomes with local and regional supply chain teams to promote best practices and alignment
- Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 1 - 2 years of experience in process improvement or data analysis (logistics/supply chain knowledge is advantageous)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Python, and Power Platform tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate)
- Familiar with warehouse and supply chain technologies (e.g., automation, robotics, IoT, AI/ML)
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with experience working in cross-functional teams
- Understanding of WMS and ERP systems is a plus
- Salary: Up to SGD 4,200 + AWS + VB (1 - 2 Months)
- Working Location: Yishun
- Working Hours: 5 Days Work, Monday to Friday, 8.15am - 5.30pm
