- Work closely with cross-functional team on executing the sales.
- Communicate proactively with customers on execution details such as shipment period, payment etc.
- Prioritize daily tasks and follow up on problem resolution that ensures customer satisfaction.
- Interacts with internal/external parties to resolve issues accordingly and respond to the request clearly and concisely within an appropriate time frame.
- Investigate and resolve regular/ad-hoc requests or complaints.
- Process SAP sales order management transactions (create, change, cancel) and corresponding reporting tools.
- Participate in process improvement programs directed by the Team Leader or Supply Chain team.
- Understand and incorporate GMP+ B3 and Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil’s standards into daily tasks.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in logistics/supply chain management.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Must be proficient in SAP modules.

- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus
