The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. We are looking for a passionate professional in the field of platform resource management, merchant incentive policy, and platform eco-system to join our team. The team will play a critical role in establishing and leading strategic e-Commerce partnerships between TikTok and regional decision-makers at the world's top-tier brands.As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing merchant incentive strategy (i.e. Joint Business Plan), matchmaking with local ecosystem teams, defining and implementing strategic plans by leveraging platform resources to drive the achievement of long-term business growth for GKA merchants.Responsibilities:
1. Define short-term and long-term strategic plans for top-tier merchant operations in SEA countries. Design merchant incentive policies to enhance strategic relationships and drive long-term investments in TikTok Shop.
2. Facilitate quarterly matchmaking sessions between GKA merchants and local top creators and agencies (TSP and MCN) to ensure a high-quality content supply and bolster brand awareness for TikTok Shop.
3. Conduct thorough analysis to evaluate merchant performance using actual data, merchant surveys, and in-depth exploration of case studies. Aim to achieve sustainable growth in GMV (Gross Merchandise Volume).
4. Consolidate operational methodologies for GKA merchants across different phases (e.g., cold-start, fast-growing, mature) and scenarios (e.g., assortment, content, campaign). Expand the impact on other GKA merchants through these summaries.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 5 years or more experience in e-commerce. Experience with top-tier consumer goods/retail companies, leading domestic and international e-commerce platforms, or internet-related industries is preferred. Experience in strategy, client management, marketing, or e-commerce is advantageous.
2. Strong logical thinking, data analysis skills, project management skills and ability to assess and extract customer needs.
3. Strong judgment and independent thinking skills, with the ability to learn quickly, adapt to changes, and prioritize customer service and goal orientation.
4.
