They are currently expanding the team and seeking experienced and passionate professionals to join them in multiple roles.About the role:Seeking an exceptional Numerical Designer to design and optimize game numerical systems, enhancing player experience and commercial value. The ideal candidate should have experience in scratch card-style games, combining creativity with data analysis to drive game success.Role and Responsibilities:· Design and adjust in-game numerical systems, including prize settings, probability configurations, and overall game balance.· Analyze player behavior and data to propose improvements aimed at increasing user spending.· Collaborate with game design, art, and development teams to ensure effective implementation of numerical designs.· Document numerical design concepts and logic clearly for team alignment.Requirements:· Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields preferred.· 2+ years of experience as a Numerical Designer in games, with preference for candidates having worked on scratch cards, slot machines, or casual games.· Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools, with strong analytical skills.· Agile logical thinking, problem-solving ability, and a passion for game design.· Strong teamwork and communication skills, adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
