- Communicating with clients and suppliers for accounts related matter.
- Handle full set of accounts.
- Prepare bi-weekly payment and generate daily invoices.
- Update monthly bank reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly closing account.
- Maintain proper filing and housekeeping of accounting record.
- Involved in stock-take activities.
- Laisse with external Auditor and Tax Agent.
- Assist in any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
- At least 3 years of working experience in accounting field.
- LCCI /ACCA/CIMA/CPA/Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- Knowledge in accounting system (Autocount Accounting System) will be added advantage.
- Able to communicate in English.
