$3800 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: WestResponsibilities

Work in Project Team to develop and document Project BIM-Model according to Company standards and processes
Responsible for the CAD drafting and modelling of electrical system using Bentley's Microstation / OpenBuilding / Naviswork software and/or Autodesk Revit.
Drafting of M&E (piping, HVAC, sanitation / plumbing system / power plant layouts) may also be required.
Create and modify existing engineering design and models
Coordinate and communicate with clients, consultants, contractors and project team members
Ensure drawing and design meet projects / tenders deadline
Coordinate with Clients and Consultants on design, construction and submission aspects of projects
Preparation, coordination and modification of M&E drawings for tender and submission to Authorities and consultants

Requirements

Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Good knowledge of CAD / Autotodesk Revit / Microstation / OpenBuilding softwares is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
