Job DescriptionOur Client:We are working with a global leader in the geospatial and surveying technology, renowned for precision instruments and cutting-edge solutions. From high-precision total stations to advanced laser scanning tech, they empower professionals worldwide to capture and utilize spatial data effectively, shaping the future of the industry.As part of the quality team, you will ensure the sustainability and robustness of quality processes for product compliance and continuous improvement of product quality and reliability. You will also lead in coordinating actions for critical issues such as new product qualification failures.The Responsibilities:

Take charge of Quality Engineering planning and resource management to support PCS, Global product qualification, and certification processes
Lead and facilitate the implementation of PCS - Regulatory Services, Standardization, Material compliance, and Quality requirements in the Asia region
Execute the Quality Engineering (QE) process to ensure product adherence to technical specifications, reliability standards, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), Environmental & Safety standards
Develop test plans/actions in collaboration with R&D and Process Engineers to meet product specifications and quality standards
Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the Delivery Quality
Lead internal efforts to address product quality issues and customer feedback
Conduct risk assessment reviews to plan and implement corrective and preventive measures for internal process and external customer quality failures
Coordinate actions for critical issues such as new product qualification failures and delivery stoppages
Review analyzed data including DoA (Dead on Arrival), DoS (Dead on Stock), TRR (Technical Reliability Report), etc., and assess the effectiveness of improvement plans
Support Procurement sourcing and material cost reduction activities through supplier/material evaluations and qualifications
Participate in Product Evaluation and Qualifications, Certifications to ensure compliance with safety requirements

The Requirements:

Bachelor's or Diploma in Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or equivalent
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Engineering Product Development, and Quality Management in a Manufacturing Environment
Effective communication and organizational skills
Strong analytical problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in statistical tools such as DOE, SPC, FMEA, GD&T
Relevant certification or experience in Quality Systems auditing (Internal/Supplier auditing)
