• Lead and mentor a small team of credit control professionals, providing guidance and support.
• Oversee the credit control operations for the retail portfolio, managing credit risk assessment, collections.
• Take ownership of the retail portfolio, ensuring timely payments, managing customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the credit control function, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare regular reports and analysis on credit control performance and portfolio trends, providing insights to senior management for decision-making purposes.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit control, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing credit control operations and leading teams.
