
Procurement Effectiveness Intern

- Assist in the analysis of procurement data to identify opportunities for cost savings
- Participate in the development of procurement process improvements
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as maintaining procurement records and documentation
- Maintain clear documentation on how AI tools can be leveraged for various tasks, ensuring everyone is on the same page
- AI Tool Exploration via training sessions to deliver training to simplify the daily job of team members (e.g. AI on Project Management, AI on memo, generating chart, slides, etc.)
- Collaborate with team members on special projects as needed
- Education: Bachelor’s in Data Analytics/Mathematics/Economics/Computer Engineering/IT related or similar
- Skills/Systems Knowledge: Good to have Tableau/Power BI/Python/SQL
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data analysis/AI tools is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
